Pierogerie Polish Foods Inc. is Edmonton’s first authentic organic pierogi maker. Our family tradition of making and serving premium quality pierogi began in 1995 in Windsor, Ontario. My parents ran a small Polish food restaurant where they developed the recipe and earned a reputation for excellent taste and texture. It was there that I learned the art of pierogi making. The tradition moved to Edmonton in 2016 and when my parents announced their retirement, I knew that I had to act quickly, or their hard work and incredible recipes would be lost. I was not afraid to walk away from a great career to follow my dream of owning and running my own business. Pierogerie Polish Foods Inc. was born. Shortly after launching the company, we bought a farm outside of Edmonton, built a commercial kitchen, started growing organic potatoes for our pierogi and we have never looked back.
