Agnes Kulinski and Wade Schneider are the hard-working entrepreneurs behind Pierogerie Polish Foods Inc and Pierogerie Farm. When not spending quality time with their two kids in the great outdoors, either quading, camping, ski-doing, or cross-country skiing, they are tirelessly, organic farming and pierogi-making.
We organically grow potatoes, onions and cabbage for all our products on our farm in Strathcona County. Sustainable organic practices are so important to us! We firmly believe in leaving the land better than how we found it.
Each variety of potato, onion and cabbage are carefully selected to compliment the flavour of the pierogi or cabbage roll that we hand-make in our commercial kitchen. It doesn’t get more local than this!
When you buy our product, you are supporting the local food community and healthy food webs. As organic farmers we are stewards of the land and practice regenerative agriculture. In addition to producing nutrient-rich food, regenerative agriculture restores soil carbon, locking carbon up underground, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, while also reversing desertification, recharging water systems, and increasing biodiversity.
