Hands-On Pierogi-Making

Engage in hands-on pierogi-making using a third-generation Polish family recipe perfected over decades. Learn to roll, fill, and pinch the dough to create pierogi with the ideal balance of thinness and snap. Learn traditional techniques along with fancy pinching styles to create beautiful pierogi.

Guided by an Expert

Our expert instructor will prepare demonstration pierogi to showcase cooking techniques—including boiling, frying, and plating—while students will have the opportunity to taste the freshly prepared pierogi and take home the ones they made.

Meet Your Instructor

Aśka, owner of Pierogerie Polish Foods Inc.

Your instructor is a third-generation pierogi maker who honed her craft through a hands-on apprenticeship with her grandmother and mother, who owned a successful Polish restaurant. She values traditional Polish approaches to pierogi-making while leveraging her degree in food science to sustain the farm and its organic ingredients used in our recipes. By balancing heritage with modern advancements, she teaches time-honoured recipes alongside innovative interpretations, creating a unique and authentic learning environment for all participants.
