These terms and conditions apply to the purchase and sale of frozen prepared food products through our website or any other sales channel. By placing an order for any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. If a product is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the situation and offer you a substitute product or a full refund.
Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price decrease or promotional offering.
Payment
Payment must be received by us prior to our acceptance of an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is in advance and must be received by us prior to shipment.
Shipping and Delivery
We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Orders placed by 11:59pm on Sunday will be delivered Tuesday between 9am and 5pm. If you have any questions about our products or the ordering process, feel free to contact us. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. Shipping and handling charges are reimbursement for the costs we incur in the processing, handling, packing, shipping, and delivering your order.
Product Quality
We take great care in selecting high-quality products and packaging them for shipment. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to request a return or exchange. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition as when they were received.
Liability
Our liability to you is strictly limited to the purchase price of the products. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the products.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising from or related to your use of the products.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the products following any such change constitutes your agreement to be bound by the modified terms and conditions.
