Three Generations of Tradition
Our family tradition of making and selling premium quality pierogi began in 1995 in Windsor, Ontario at my parents’ Polish restaurant where they developed our signature recipes and earned a reputation for excellent taste and texture.
Through hands-on apprenticeship, I learned the art of pierogi making just as my parents learned from their parents. I am honoured to be able to carry on this tradition, to not only share it with you, but to also preserve the heritage of Polonia for future generations.
