Rhubarb Strawberry Pierogi

Our strawberry& rhubarb pierogi capture the early summer harvest season perfectly. These pierogi are tangy, bright and sweet.

We grow the rhubarb and strawberries for these pierogi on our organic farm, and pick them when they are perfectly ripe. The filling is then paired with sugar and spices that balance out that natural tartness of rhubarb with a delicate sweetness that lingers in your mouth.

These are best served with sweetened cream, which is easy to make using crème fraîche or sour cream and something sweet like sugar or honey.
