Dill Pickle Pierogi

Dill pickles are synonymous with Polish cuisine and are featured in many of our recipes. What began as a way to preserve foods to last throughout the long winter months, “polskie ogórki” (Polish pickles) have become a national treasure with global recognition. These pierogi are a modern interpretation of Polish cuisine which combine our love for sour foods with our nation’s heritage of producing excellent dumplings.
Like all of our pierogi, these are best served fried or boiled. We recommend topping them simply with rich sour cream and chopped fresh dill, or elevate your dinner game by adding some thinly sliced dill pickles. They also pair well with our Caramelized Onions.
They can be enjoyed year round, but make an especially delicious summer dish that is bright and tangy and sure to impress.
