Our beef is sourced from Sunworks Farm in Armena, Alberta. They are certified organic, employ sustainable farming practices and prioritize land stewardship which reflects our own commitment to growing good, healthy food the way nature intended.

We use organic cabbage that we lovingly source from our own certified organic farm. Our cabbage are grown in fields that are free of pesticides, and use dutch clover for weed control, natural tilling and fertilizing. We delicately cook the cabbage leaves used in our cabbage rolls recipes to produce a soft and supple texture and bring forward to incredible mustardy flavour of cabbage.

We created a special twist on the classic cabbage rolls recipe by including roasted buckwheat and brown rice, in addition to traditional white rice. We say that our cabbage rolls contain super grains because our recipe has a higher nutritional value with more iron and potassium, and more protein and fibre than other cabbage rolls. Make no mistake: these cabbage rolls are not only delicious, but also incredibly nutritious!

How to Prepare Them

These cabbage rolls are easy to prepare, simply heat them in directly in our oven-safe container and they are ready to enjoy in just 30 minutes! If you like an extra saucy cabbage roll, pour over some warmed concentrated tomato soup; if you want to add some spice, try them with some Sriracha hot sauce which pairs perfectly with this recipe. They are perfect for a quick and easy meal, or as a side dish to complement your favourite main course.
