Like all of our pierogi, we hand select only the highest quality ingredients. We pair our own farm grown potato and onion with 4 year aged cheddar to create a flavour-packed and tangy filling. We then wrap this filling in our signature dough, which is lightly tinted with beet juice and in the shape of a heart, to create a pierogi that is bursting with flavour, and love!
