1 bag of frozen Pierogerie pierogi (any flavour you love)
½ cup sliced onions
½ cup bell peppers, asparagus,
sausage, or bacon, or a combination
1 tbsp butter or a drizzle of oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional toppings: sour cream,
fresh herbs, salsa, or hot sauce
Directions
- Preheat BBQ to medium heat (about 425°F).
- Tear off a large piece of aluminum foil and line it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Add frozen pierogi, onions, and your choice of veggies or meat.
- Top with butter or oil, and season with salt & pepper.
- Fold into a sealed foil packet.
- Place on grill and cook for 20 minutes, then flip and cook for 10 more minutes
