Ingredients

  • 1 bag of frozen Pierogerie pierogi (any flavour you love)

  • ½ cup sliced onions

  • ½ cup bell peppers, asparagus,

  • sausage, or bacon, or a combination

  • 1 tbsp butter or a drizzle of oil

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Optional toppings: sour cream,

  • fresh herbs, salsa, or hot sauce

Directions

  • Preheat BBQ to medium heat (about 425°F).
  • Tear off a large piece of aluminum foil and line it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  • Add frozen pierogi, onions, and your choice of veggies or meat.
  • Top with butter or oil, and season with salt & pepper.
  • Fold into a sealed foil packet.
  • Place on grill and cook for 20 minutes, then flip and cook for 10 more minutes
